Armoring Tutorials.

Postby Enderonimus » Fri Jul 06, 2007 10:01 pm

This thread is to help direct anyone wishing to make armour in finding some nifty and useful tutorials , with ideas and guides to help. This thread will be expounded upon as more useful tips are added and more tutorials are created. I hope everyone enjoys the works and building their individual pieces, and, if any help is needed along the way, I, and I feel all my fellow armoursmiths, will be glad to offer any advise they can give.
Good luck and be diligent, armour in Belegarth is not just an enhancement to the game, it is a statement of your passion for the character and the sport.

Thanks Kyrian, that is a great tutorial indeed.
A visit to that guy's blog/website is highly recommended, he has a variety of projects that are quite interesting.

I figure since I'm a self-centered narcasistic person that I'd toot my own horn and suggest my own tutorial.

How to Build a Mandrel - for quick and easy chainmail coiling.

It took quite a bit of reading to find the details on Oven Hardening leather, so I added it to the wiki. (Still needs work, but it's a start.)

There are no staffs in Belegarth. Because of how they are constructed, they are really Pugil Sticks.
