oh, i like that. are you planning on just setting on the flat and using the narrower, rounded side to pound things on? Or are you gonna bolt it to something?

Nice. My anvil is also a rail section. How are you planning to secure it? Mine is on a stump but a knifesmith friend of mine set his in concrete and really liked the way it worked out.
