Samurai-ish Leather Armor

Postby Gronox » Thu Aug 30, 2012 6:11 pm

Alright, for the first time ever I've worked with leather. There's no intricate designs nor anything special other than a working piece of armor with mobility in mind. Tell me what you guys think! :)

This Is the blurry pic I took while wearing it.

Tell me what you all think!

Edit: Ok image isn't showing for me, and I'm using Imgur, although you can right click "view image" the word "image" and see it i suppose.

Don't downplay yourself, it looks like solid work. It's better to make solid, well crafted pieces than it is to do complicated work that ends up ****.

Lol thanks, Only thing I'd ever question atm with this work is whether or not it was smart to use the parachord to lace into the shoulder part to attach it, kinda like they did with most original "samurai" armor. Was fun to make though and still need to do the "skirt" piece. 3 lames for each side, but that's for tomorrow or another day.
