Greetings all. I sell PVC bows for use in LARP combat. They have a draw weight of about 25# Nothing fancy, but tough and reliable.



$20 for unpainted, $25 for painted. Color selection is currently limited to burgundy black and blue.

I'm not interested personally, but it's pretty nice looking for a PVC bow. The design is better than the typical suction cup bow lookalike.

Out of curiosity, how long would you say that your bows last? Do you have issues with the poundage slowly lowering due to break down of the bow? What kind of string do you use?

I don't have any personally collected data on how long they maintain poundage, but from what I understand, they keep their strength for years. And right now I use clothesline for the string, though in the future I might be modifying the design to use a standard bowstring.

Cool, thanks for the update. When you're trying to sell items here, the more information you post, the more likely you are to find a buyer. For this, for example, posting total height, string type, type of PVC, method of bending, etcetera, in your original post in an ordered way would help potential buyers decide on if it's something they want to considers.
