Making it to an established practice is in your best interest. If you're close to them, do not pull away from them. Doing something on the side is acceptable, but don't interfere with established Realm practices.
Waiting to hear your status before I go further.

1) Always meet at a set time/place and never fail to have someone there. 2) Get free business cards online for your group. 3) Go to "The Hobbit" in garb this Winter. 4) Hand out business cards to people in your demographic. 5) Profit.
I have tons more ideas for recruitment. I started my own group from the ground up and pay a lot of attention to these sorts of things. Hit me up with a PM if you want more advice and can give me details about your situation.

Why am i getting What i was told you would start showing up to I could be wrong but I think he might have been saying "What?" to the fact that you wrote that as one sentence. You might want to try breaking it up into a few sentences.
