Belegarth

I am working on some press contacts in my area and I want to give them a handout of sorts on what we do and who we are. I am hoping to find out what others are putting into any "kits" they are giving out to the press for information on Belegarth.

Things I am thinking about:
- Letter of explanation
- Book of War (?)
- Images (CD and/or printed)
- Contact information

What am I missing? What should not be there?

I am willing to share what information I generate for this packet and hopefully others will share what they have as well.

I would love to steal your letter of information.
