When: 12:30-3:30 pm, Thursday, 28 May 2009
Where: Villa Grove High School, IL (20 mile south of Champaign-Urbana)
Why: On a "Fun Day", one of the many experiences that students can choose from. I think it is a great recruiting opportunity.
Who: Ravager Nix of Uruk-Hai, leader of the moribund realm of Isengard, aka Eric Rittman, the school librarian, and you, if you are willing to demonstrate, instruct, marshal, and possibly fight. Bring some loaner gear and garb, your flashiest garb, and most intimidating armor.
What: This is going to be session or two of getting some high school students indoctrinated, safetied, and then have some controlled skirmishes.

Me and Kree are from Arthur, we might be able to make it up. He has some armor, I have none. I don't have any loaner garb, but I might be able to get my hands on some weapons/shields.
