Recently, Dur-Demarion has been using Meetup.com as a recruitment tool. We started in May and have gained (and retained) 5 fighters from this recruitment option.

We are also able to use it for pre-reg for Equinox, a place to upload pictures from practice, and to upload documents like waivers.

It's been about 5 months since this was posted: as a follow up,

• How has this recruitment tool been working out for you guys?
• Has its potential leveled off, or does it continue to bring in new recruits?
• Have you found updating your page there regularly to be worth the effort?
  
  It's about that time of the year to start gearing up for spring recruitment, and I'm sure more than a few of us would be interested in seeing how well this has played out.

LARP Alliance has one in our area and allows every group to post to it. It gets some traffic and we have had a few people come to events because of it. I'd recommend that groups band together to afford it.
