i have an idea for some shirts for my realm just wounding if i need to get permission to use the belegarth name

I don't believe that you can use the name to generate profit, as Belegarth is a not for profit organization. However, if it's for personal use or to support the actions of your group as a Belegarth realm, which furthers the stated goals of the national organization, then you should be fine. I would message Sir Killian here on the boards. He is our current secretary, and may know the intricacies of it. I beleive that Par, our President, would also know.
