I'm a big fan of YouTube, big fan of film-making and video editing.

Taking the video/pics is important, but in the hands of a skilled editor these media can be woven into compelling stories that draw you in and make you want to be a part of the action.

We've got a good start, but as in everything else in life there is always more to learn. Feel free to post links to vids from other groups that inspire you; whether in the content itself or in the technical skill of the film-maker/editor making average content come across as impressive.

Improving our ability to capture and express what we do will be significant to our growth as a sport and as a community.

Badon Hill I Video - Dagorhir

I think this one starts a bit slow, but then does a good job with showing a decent variety of fighting along with other social aspects of events.

If I were new, it would be enough to get me to want to find out more about the game. As someone who's been around for a minute, I don't see anything exceptional about the fighting.

Overall though, I think it's pretty well put together for what they had to work with.
