Here is an interesting topic from Armour Archive. It appears that Count Brand from West Kingdom has created a sport called Medieval Combat Association, MCA, which is based on SCA fighting. This is very similar to HACS and Belegarth/Dagorhir.

Could make it an more fair match-up between opponents. Seems to be focussed on sword and board skills development.
