Rag lost and found

Postby Dacian » Tue Jul 08, 2008 10:46 am

Since I can't post a message on the Dag boards (*?), could someone do me a huge favor and post in the lost and found thread for me?

I can't seem to find my shield ANYWHERE. It's a medium punch shield from edhellen with a black cover and the Kyulick wolf on it. (white tribal wolf on the front). It also has the word "honor" painted across the top edge of it in white.

I've checked with all my guys and no1 has it.

my email is dacian@khatovar.org

thanks.

Best of luck getting your shield back. I actually had a shield that was stolen from me last year, turn up this year. Of course, though, the custom paint job was shoddily blacked out so they could paint some cheap white symbol over it.

Gotta love stupid and cheap thieves. A smarter one would have swapped covers and you'd be much less likely to figure that out.

Glad to hear that your shield found its way home.

Fact. No one could get away with stealing my new sword, for example, because my name and two of my emblems are carved into the latex-coated pommel.

Or if said thief doesn't live on the east coast, then they'll just enjoy the sword for every event other than rag.

I forgot to mention they hadn't even bothered to cover up my name still clearly markered above the arm padding, lolz.

The shield mysteriously reappeared under a pile of shields in a completely different camp. A random weapons checker found it in the camp and searched me out. No individuals can really be suspected, but I have some ideas as to what group they came from. I'll try and post a pic of the "new" shield cover with their paintwork.

Yes, seriously, I'd love some good old fashioned gang violence to happen to the would be thief.
