Just a bump:

I am running the fighting events this year. Here's a rough overview of how it's going to work every day:

• 2 hours of field battles as soon as you get your weapons checked
• 1-2 hours of castle battles, with different rules/objectives each day
• 2-4 hours of big field point/objective-based scenarios
• Field battles/misc scenarios until dark
• Night fighting ~9pm-3am

So, about 16 hours of fighting every day. The tournaments will be run TWTh, in the same (I hope) highly organized and strictly enforced manner they were run last year.
