Love the production values in this. It looks very professionally done.

It looks like this is very similar to SKBC, only from an SCA perspective, and is held once every two years. Check out the class listing at http://www.sportofkings.org/

That was very well done. Wow- I can almost remember the pain from the old SCA days in the 1980's...

I wanna go!

Here locally there are Tournaments of Chivalry held once during each reign (twice a year). The day starts off with a tournament for all unbelted fighters (non-knights). Once the tournament is finished 3 lists populated by the Chivalry are setup; 1 for dedicated training from a knight, 1 for 3 fights "what am I doing wrong" against a knight, and 1 for crown-round (high-intensity 1 round fight). This is broken up twice for training classes.

There is no pain, only learning experiences!

Heh, they don't mention Gareth, who won the Meridian Crown 6 times 'straight'.

That looks like a kick * event!

I should challenge King Angmarth for the crown of Arnor.

On second thought, he'd just bash me into the ground like usual.

Solidly cool. Now I have to think about this even though I dont regularly do heavy combat. I might learn something.

There are some amazing SCA fighters in Northshield. If I was in Wisconsin I would be hitting those guys up all the time.

Duke sean kirkpatrick is from SLC, and is an amazing fluid fighter. Great training with him, very easy to learn from.
