EDIT: If Highlands of Chaos will own the land... a proper mead hall MUST be built.

Working on this in FL right now; considering going south GA just because of "Disney World" property prices. Best of luck to you ladies and gents!

I would also avoid FL due to their crazy * insurance laws.
