Dagorhir in Texas

Mods: feel free to delete this if it isn't within acceptable parameters.

I am a cross-game player from Texas, and have a lot of friends who play Belegarth out of state that I have met during Dag events. I plan on starting to go to Bel events as well as the games are largely the same.

My goal with this post is based on a void of belegarth I see in Texas, and I really want to let potential new players looking to join Bel know there are (crossgame friendly) Dagorhir realms in Texas that are active and have large fighting populations, and run several events throughout the year. Friendly in that we know the rule differences and don't care about the politics between the two and will happily discuss/announce other game events at the park practices, and provide good solid fighting parks with some parks having really solid fighters in Texas so that even in a void, new potential Bel players have somewhere welcoming to go and fight without feeling hassled.

* Id suggest if you are travelling and looking for a good fight, Illudar (Dallas), Riesenstadt (Austin), and Dragonreach (Ft. Worth) have the higher talent in fighters, with a lot of cross game influences, while those groups and the Houston groups have the highest populations on average. *

Awesome post. Great for the folks that find themselves down there.

And you'll find that the moderation on this board is pretty forgiving (nonexistant) unless things need to move to other boards.

Thank you so much for posting this. This is a resource we can use to help people find fighting, which is our most important duty to the community.

This isn't the Dag boards, you're allowed to say the names of other games. Even promote cross-gaming! Wow!
