I did a study a few months ago on music that improves preformance in

sports, or something that you need to be motavaited to do, and the

results were good, if I may could I post some songs on this topic, and

you all could judge if the song would be good, to use in practices.

i had a thread over in general on fighting mood music, but training music is good too, eye of the tiger lol.

Yeah, I watched these, and was not inspired to fight or train. I could be just me, but I don't see how classical style music could help me train.

heavy beats akin to the beating of a heart are shown at faster rates to also increase heartrate... blood flow... oxygen... drive to fight/train.

I find that listening to classical music while I participate in any activity actualy increases my performance tenfold. I even went as far as to listen to a little moonlight sonata as i fought one practise and I fought the best i've ever fought. I don't if its just my mind playing tricks on me but I find certain types of music to be very very helpful.
