Good reading! This school was developed by Duke Paul Bellatrix in the SCA. I really like the detailed explanations on power generation and footwork. Just keep in mind that headshots are legal and lower leg targeting is not in the SCA (hence some of the specific angles and techniques he uses). Despite that, there's a lot of detailed information to be studied.

From what I've heard, read, and seen, Duke Paul is one of the few SCAdians who could show up at, say, Agincourt and expect to live. And kill like 50 guys too.
