Highly Suggested Practice

For single blue the best way to go believe it or not is to go two vs. one. It is fun and works up your reflexes. It also gives you a "battle sense" meaning you tend to see with your mind what the opponent your not attacking is doing based on what you think. It also boosts confidence in newer fighters to down first one, then both opponents, and keeps the more experienced fighters on their toes. Two vs. one or three vs one is a great way to practice any style but I feel single blue benefits most. That translates into blue and board and florentine styles. Going offhand is also a great exercise for the basics.
