Please Help Me

Hello I am Zuryel of Bowling Green Ky i am going to beltaine 09 and i am looking for someone who can help me get better as a fighter pointers would be nice but i prefer actually being in front of someone while they give me tips.

Your best bet is to go and fight on the field. If you get smoked by somebody, see if you can find them after the battle and ask if they'll show you a few things.

Barring that, just find people with sweet garb/armor and ask to spar them. Sparring never hurt anyone.

I hope to see you at Beltaine, there should be lots of good chances to spar and learn there. I might suggest watching some of the game tape and pointers here. Some of it might go over your head, but the fundamentals are sound.Things like generating good force, keeping your guard/shield up.

I see that you have a few entries on your favorite fighting styles, good for you! If you are fighting with a support weapon, you can pair up with someone and it should help you both be more effective!

I call B.S. I've seen people get knock out durring sparring.

and also fight against as many different kinds of weapons/people as you can.

everybody has there own style and techniqe ,and ask if your local guys will show how to throw those pesky wrap shot s i hate so much.
