single blue training/workout

What's something that I can do to train/workout with a single blue on my own. I hav't been able to fight anyone in awhile, and I don't want to get "rusty"

Pell work is a favorite of mine. Get a staff or weighted core of some kind, and a log or something to use as a pell, and just practice your shots. Flat snap, cross, wrap, the basics. Make sure you use proper technique, and do enough to make it worth it. Good technique and muscle endurance really are easy to practice by yourself. For timing and shot placement I'm not really sure what to suggest.

Get 3-5 lbs joggin weights from walmart and go at it swing them like swords and just go crazy.

My swing speed has increased dramitically. My arms are use to swinging 5lb weights around my 2lb sword is extremly easy to move and my 21oz sword is lightning.

and do gilad he makes you better at everything.
