Got in to fight with the SCA guys tonight. Learned a lot and got to kick a little *. It took me a bit to fix my shield positioning, though. I'm more used to having to protect my body than my head.

The guy teaching me was surprised by how fast my shield work was, though. I felt pretty good about that.
