zone 1 and anti zone 1 fighting

hey guys, just like the rest of you im looking up my game, my big weakness is zone 1 fighting, now only how to fight in it, but how to fight against it when others get into my zone 1. anyone got some tips. fyi i use a teardrop strap

I'm assuming you're referring to Dagganoths post? I dont really think the same way Daggnoth does. I take my cues from Kenny's blog about range. Also, being 5'2, zone 1 is exactly where I want to be. However that close range fighting depends on many things. How tall are you? How long is your sword? How heavy is your weapon? Is it stabby? How's your footwork? These are the questions that would help us help you.
Oh, did I mention read Sir Kenneths blogs. Theyre stickied at the top of the page. You should read them.
