That would be Sir Kenneth of Numenor. And I think they're just belt flags.

Thanks. I've been searching the boards and google and havn't found an answer to this, and thus I ask: Can someone post a link or a design for the tabard Sir Kenneth is wearing I was referring to. It's gotta be somewhere.

Yeah, that's Kenny. Those are just belt flags, Galya is correct. As for the tabard, it is just a standard rectangle tabard to start with, and then he tapered it down with a series of angled cuts. He made it himself, so I'm unsure as to whether any pattern actually exists for it. Your best bet is to just start with a standard rectangle tabard, and draw out using pencil the cuts you want to make. I do know that the shape of his tabard is somewhat of a stylized sword shape, from the crossguard down to the point. Hope this helps, and I'll ask him the next time I see him if he has a pattern he used, or if he just eyeballed it. My guess is the latter, but it couldn't hurt to ask him.
