So I have been CJing for about 9 months now and I finally made a short video. So here you go....

I use a combination of things....
1. I watch the best, the guys from Ministry of Manipulation, Michael Mochen, and my favorite, Okotanpe!
2. I used some of the tutorials at www.contactjuggling.org
3. A whole buttload of practice. And I mean a lot, pretty much every day, and hour or more. I wish I could spar that much

Practice, practice, practice...Soo is retardedly gifted when it comes to picking up physical things but he practiced a LOT.

He practiced at home, at the mall, at dinner, at parties, at casinos...pretty much every where we went he had a ball in his pocket to the point where our daughter started asking him not to bring them along...lol

LoL, funny you say that, when I started in Dur-D, there were like 3 shields. All I did was flourentine. Anyhow, yeah, ambidexterity helps a lot when learning CJ. And it def. helps to build it up better. That and I almost never drop my sword anymore.
