They are filming this stuff in LA... And they are going at a near-full-force/full-contact level... with the whippy, calamasile weapons, so it hurts like a *.
And the people that they have doing this are (other than the obvious nerds) MMA/Pro Wrestler types, who all swing for the fences.
It's kind of stupid and really dangerous from what I've personally seen.

Each night before BfRIII, I dream that I am walking in the park to my own practice, and I see a group of these guys playing. I go up to them to chat and spar. I invite them to BfRIII. They decline and say they can't go because they are hosting their own event that day...right next to mine...using their homebrew rules.. and with a huge smile, they say, "we think WE are going to get 40 people!"

Posted: Wed Dec 29, 2010 10:03 pmI fought full contact with V'Hil with Calamacil weapons a few years ago. It isn't that bad (no pain at all if you have armor on). I would fight with them.

2)Those weapons don't hurt that much if you are prepared.
