IF YOU ARE A MINOR (16-17) YOU WILL HAVE TO HAVE THIS FILLED OUT AND NOTERIZED OR YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PARTICIPATE ON THE FIELD. Any and ALL minors must also have a chaperone (age 21+) attached to them. Both the chaperone and their charges (the minors) MUST sign in at troll together.

How many minors can one person over the age of 21 chaperone? I know at Spring Wars it was 2. :armor1:

We will use the same rule for ARM IV. You may have 2 charges per chaperone.

This is probably a dumb question but here goes.....

I am bringing my two sons age 10 and 8. I will obviously have the release forms and guardian info forms filled out, but since they will not be on the field do they need to be notarized?

I am assuming not but just crossing the "T's".

The only forms that need to be notorized are those for minors who will be fighting, ages 16-17.

Just something for next time, It would be nice if the form had the official little thing for the notary to sign. When I was at the bank the notary didn't know what/where to sign.

never the less, for future, no you have to have a parent present with you if you are under 16 ( im pretty sure at least)

Tulio - the point of having a notarized waiver is that you won't need to have your parent drive to the event with you. Your parent's signature is notarized on the document, showing that they have agreed to your participation. You do on the other hand need a chaperone at the event.

Or maybe that was what you meant, but I missed it when trying to translate your statement into English.

Ya, wasnt very well writting, was tired last night.

What I was told is if you are under 16, you have to have a parent present.
