Where is Armageddon located?

It's at Forest Glenn, near Westville , IL. The same park that Octoberfest is held at.

These are some directions from an old Fest thread;

( I'll get more pictures of the turns up when I get this years Fest pictures online. )

Turn East at the CVS in Westville. (Left if you are coming from Danville.) Follow the curving country highway (I think there might be 4 turns ?) until you see the sign for Forest Glen County Preserve. Turn Left into the park. There are a few pictures here;

Octoberfest 2004

Follow signs to the Group Campground. The road is curvy, and there are side roads that are confusing at first. Just try to stay on the main road. There is one fork where the side road you don't want is right in front of you, and the main road is going to the left at a 90 degree angle.

Make a right turn here at this sign. Follow that dirt road untill you see the battlefield.

Anyone care to elaborate ?

alright, thanks. I made it to fest alright, so I should be able to make it to geddon ok, when does it take place? I assume it's sometime after Spring War.

They haven't set the dates yet, but I assume it will be in mid June.

So Arm 5 is at the same site as Ockfest '05???

If someone from NB can get a hold of me at my work email glarson@***.com (remove the extra ***) about Armeggedon and the reservations at Forest Glen.

Reservations for the year can be made at 8am on Jan. 2. Numenor always schedules and pays (deposit) for Octoberfest and Armegeddon on that day. Numenor will be happy to reserve the park for Armeggedon at the same time that we reserve the park for Octoberfest. We will be happy to front the deposit money for Armeggedon also. Let me know as soon as you can.

Kegg, once you have signed up for the park I will reimburse those who fronted money based on what is in the Belegarth treasury. (This will only be a partial payment, leaving some seed money for ARM V.) The balance will be paid then at the event or when enough pre-reg money comes in.

Go ahead and leave most of it for seed money. The money is just sitting in Numenor's account. It might as well be sitting around as deposit money.
