Ok, so the plan is that on nights that do not have a specific festival going on, a campsite throws a party. This is to help us get to know one another, especially the newer members and people that come from great distances. Now, there is not a limit of one party a night, because people like to move about. So, if your site would like to be throwing a party then please post here so we can put them on the handouts. List who you are and then when things are final we can put down where your site is.

Monday-open
tuesday- Viking feast and games (open for party)
Wed- Sin night (main fire party)
Thursday- The Greatest Gladiator Pit ever (may be moved to Friday)
Friday- open
Saturday- End of the world party (everyones throwing this party at main fire)

Perhaps a rough definition of "party activities" may help people determine how to host their camps.

I plan on doing a bardic competition, having some food, making a pit for fighting, and 'other stuff' (Zzyzx will define that for me).

Is sin night still Arabian Nights themed?

Sorry, I left out a few important sentences. These "parties" are completely in the hands of those who throw them. The expenses are to those who are hosting. With that in mind, you may do as you wish. Whether your just having drinks (or not), if you want to charge money for a cup, or any activities you want to have. It is all up to you. The point of this is so we have places for people to go, especially those who may not know a lot of people. It is our goal to have something going on somewhere every night. The reason we would like to have you plan a party and tell us is so that we can list it on the pamphlet that directs everyone to where you are. This is Geddon people, its the freak'n end of our world as we know it. We must rock it!!

So much for that idea, hon. ;)

Bodhi, I'm sure we can think of something to do at night, with a lot of bonfires, after stuffing ourselves with food. ;)

I'm looking into getting live music beyond just drumming. Maybe besides just a bardic comp, have some actual entertainment, a la Deagan and some of the other more Bardically inclined folks.

Sorry, I should have mentioned. Tourneys are traditionally held on thursday because many are to **** over from sin night. I know Izzy may be trying to run a horde bardic competition but I'm sure you'll be fine with yours. If you want to kinda work things out with him as far as the differences between the two that would probably be a good idea.

you may think this is kind of cheesy but I've found it to be kind of funny. Have a "No-Talent Night" which is basically like a talent show without the talent (hence the name). Everybody signs up like 30 min. beforehand (or maybe on the forums) and does whatever the hell they can do to impress the crowd. Crowd votes on best performance. Winner gets a prize (I would suggest a cookie).
