For those of you that are hosting something at Arm, here are a list of resources that will be at our disposal:

Be sure to drop a line telling us that you will need x so that way we are sure to have everything avaliable at the time you need it.

Bodhi, we are going to most likely need one of the trailers prior to the event (not sure how early yet, possibly up to a week/week and a half). We are currently working out details on how to move everything up and whether we are going to load all of the equipment in the back of the truck and use the provided wood trailer or use the closed trailer to move equip and load the wood in the back of the truck. Our feast is going to require and large amount of specific wood, so we will be bringing our own. I'll let you know more once plans get worked out.
