No. If someone in your group is unsure, just pre-reg everyone else until you get a definite answer from that person.

ok lets review, prereg helps the event buy getting money to the coordinators early, so that reservations and planning can take place.

i think you get where i am about to go with this but i will spell it out for you.

no, you cannot prereg without paying. you can prereg with out paying if there are circumstances that are very out of the ordinary and i can perhaps make an exception. example, i got a call from edhellen, they wanted to prereg all their emplyees. they are extremely loyal to belegarth for years, so i let them do it knowing they will take care of the bill at the event.

in your situation, prereg all those that you are sure about. and honestly it is 5$, not really a bank breaker.

Um...so you didn't put in your name/realm information in the box that said "Provide the names of each person here"? It was there on the review page, before you actually paid anything.
