This was probably covered in a post already, but I have to use an itouch for internet and it's annoying to use.

Are minors,16-17, allowed to come? With events like Rag now being 18 and up I just want to make sure.

Most events require for those under 18, a signed and notarized waiver as well as a responsible chapperone for the minor over the age of 21.

Yes. However, you must have a notarized waiver signed by your parent/guardian as well as a chaperone who is 21 or over.
