Sorry to be asking so many questions, but I honestly tried my best to research this before posting on it.:
Do minors (people under the age of 18) able to attend?
I've found two different answers:
1) Yes, but need a notarized waiver in addition to a legal parent or guardian
2) Yes, but need a notarized waiver in addition to a chaperon 21 years of age or older.
If number 2 holds to be true (and I hope it does!) does the chaperon have to be related to you in anyway? Or do they just sign something saying they take responsibility for you?

17 and under needs a notarized waver signed by parent/legal guardian but they don't need to be at the event. On site chaperone can be anyone 21 plus regardless of relation. Please keep in mind that the chaperone takes all responsibility of the minor's actions.

So I could bring my almost 16 (9 days shy of 16) to Armageddon as long as his parents signed a waiver and we get it notarized...and he has a guardian (me I am 23) over 21...?

yes you can bring them, officiallly that cant fight on the field, they can spar on the sidelines in any unheralded battle. the official age of combatants is 16.

that is my official stance as by the BOD.

That was always my interpretation as well. 16 to be on the field, but sideline fighting is ok.
