If I go, I would only be able to stay for Thursday and Friday, unless by some miracle I could trade saturday and sunday with someone at work. My question is, if I spend the night there on Thursday, would i be paying the cost for the weekend? or would i be able to still pay the daily cost? it would be too far for me to drive down and back a couple of days in a row...

you will pay full rpice and get a rebate when you leave early. that way if you stay you paid, but if you have to leave you are not over paying.
