Help a Hitchhiker - ridesharing to Chaos XV?

Hey friends! I have a favor to ask:

Usually I hang out in the Midwest, but I'm roadtripping across the US this summer to go to my friend's wedding in Oregon, and since I've heard nothing but good things about Chaos Wars, I thought I'd hit up the event and see what all the fuss was about. However: problems! I don't have a car, so I'll be Greyhounding/ride-sharing/hitchhiking the whole * way.

So here's my question: is there anyone coming to this event from the east, or leaving towards Oregon, that I might hitch a ride with? I'll be travelling pretty light, and I'll gladly reimburse you in money, food, booze, or whatever.

You could probably get a ride from someone in Oregon or if you can make it to Boise, Twin Falls, Idaho Falls, or Pocatello I am sure we could get you a ride from there.

im not quite sure how most people in oregon are getting to chaos but i'll try to post here when i find stuff out

Lulz... that's actually how I'm getting across most of the country. Hitching down I-80 until I hit Salt Lake City, then north on 84.

Given that hitchhiking isn't famous for getting people to a certain spot on time, it's looking like it wouldn't be fair to ask anyone for a ride TO Chaos. On the other hand, if anybody's heading out at the end of the week in the direction of Eugene, Bend, or Ashland and has a spot in their car, I'd be much obliged.

Where you at exactly? hit me with a PM that tells me where you are..we are coming from the south (deep south, like 24 plus hour drive) but coming in 80/84 the week before chaos...
