Did some thread locking to prevent zombies from overthrowing any CWXVI threads in the future.
In the future we will have a Previous Chaos Wars subforum so we can back up all old threads for history and I dunno, cause we like old things I guess.

Let me know if you want any of these newly locked threads opened. OP's only please. All you have to do is ask.
