The minimum age for participating in fighting (on or off the field; with or without heralds) is 16.
Any minor that is caught disobeying rules will be summarily removed from the site, this also means that the parent/guardian will have to leave. Parents - If you don't do your job watching your kids, there is a possibility you will have to leave Chaos for what the minors have done. Waivers:
Release forms updated for Chaos Wars XVI;
Minor waiver
Adult waiverALL minors will require a notarized waiver for entry to Chaos Wars XVI. Ages 0-17. Most banks have free notarys on staff, but you might want to call ahead and ask.
Site RulesThis site is private property and we are very lucky to have it. Be respectful of the site.
Don’t damage the property.
Pick up trash. We are charged a dollar for every piece of trash they find after we leave.
The horses and the house are off limits.
Drive only 5 mph on the dirt road ways. I know it’s hard, but this is really important as complaints about our driving and dust can effect us using this site in the future.
No Dogs.
No Trailers.
No means No.
Respect your fellow attendees.
Hailey EtiquetteWe are very lucky that the town of Haley not only puts up with us, but embraces us being there. Last year they even had cupcakes and signs welcoming Chaos Wars back!
This relationship is important so please do the following when you are out and about in town:
Remember, you are representing Belegarth and Chaos Wars as a community; your actions reflect on us all because you are easily recognizable in garb.
Be Polite.
Don’t cuss.
Answer questions about Belegarth when asked because it helps with perceptions and game growth.

ParkingThis year you will have an assigned parking space. Spaces are given out on a first come first serve basis. Each space is numbered. The number of your space, and your camp site number, will be written on the back of your car window.
Camp Sites:Due to time constraints and some tech not coming through we are just going to have camping coordinators at Troll this year. Instead of registering for a camp site like we originally wanted to, we are just going to help direct people off of areas (such as the walking/driving path) and into what we consider better camping sites. I am sorry for the confusion, this has been our biggest struggle to get working. Camping will be on a first come first serve basis. I am sorry for the confusion.
SecurityCity Guard:The City Guard is made up of amazing volunteers who dedicate time from thier nights to keep us safe and responsible. All guards travel in groups of 2 and must be sober during their shift. Guards wear reflector ribbon sashes and have at least one cell phone per group. The guards report to whomever is head of security that night, Kannon or Cheeseheart. Security heads report to Plithut or Cryn.
During the evening, guards travel around camp to: check wrist bands for underage drinking and non-registered persons, guard against un-safe situations and ensure general safety.
Wrist Bands“Red means stop. Green means go.”
Minors: red wrist bands
21 and over: green wrist bands.
