Poundage tester

Where can I buy an accurate poundage tester for a low price that tests between 10 and 40 pounds? I need one so that I can start on my crossbow and PVC bow projects.

Most places that sell fishing gear will have one. The best ones are usually at stores that specialize in fishing and hunting. If they don't have one on the shelf you can usually order one through them.
