Is there any way that the foam can be bought in bigger rolls that the 20 by 72?

It depends on what foam you're buying, but typically yes, most foams can be bought in larger rolls.

I am looking for something that covers 240 square feet. I know that sounds like a lot but that is what I need. What would be the pricing on that? If you could help, that would be great.

Pricing will depend on many things: where you get the foam, shipping, foam thickness, foam type, etc.

The may be able to help you out, or at least point you in the right direction. Shipping on that much foam is going to be killer, though. If you live near Champaign, or can drive it, you may be able to pick it up.

A1 foam and fabric in Costa Mesa CA, sells it 1/4*60* by the yard, that stuff is 6.97 a yard, dont know about shipping, but you can google them and find it.

I was going to use it in my garage. To cover my floor, which is a 12x20 space.

You might want to look into horse stall mats.

They're 3/4" thick rubber, you can get them in 4'x6' sections for about $40 each at farm supply/tack stores.

This stuff is pretty much exactly what gyms use, so it will probably hold up a lot better than foam would.
