I'd say that the daggers are only green, assuming that really is a 12" ruler that they are scaled next to.
1.4.1.5. The minimum overall length of a Class 1 (blue) is 12 inches plus the length of the handle and pommel.

According to Belegarth rules, yes, they are green, but I used three layers on each side so that non-Belegarth bidders who just want a pair of knives to practice with can do so safely~!
