1/2 inch cores for sale

Hey Guys

I have about 12 or so cores left over from a bulk order that was made last fall.

They are 5 feet long, and make excellent swords. I cut one in half and made 2 good swords. I got them weighed at the post office, and 1 weighs 12.1 oz and the other weighs 12.2 oz. This was not on purpose to make them this light, but I am satisfied with the results of each sword.

I am asking $5 for each core, and I will be at spring wars.
I have been told that this is a really good deal compared to what some people have paid.
So if anyone is interested pm me or get a hold of me somehow.

I am just used to saying those cores in the corner.

They are fiberglass, seem to be the same thing i bought from edhellen when i made one of my first swords. Except they are longer of course.

I'd assume that they're square, since nobody in their right mind would pay $5 for a 5'x1/2" round fiberglass rod. $2.79 maybe, but not $5.00.

I am lucky to find 3'x3/8" for $3 at my farm stores, and
Doesn't edhellen sell 3'x1/2" round core for $6?? If my math is right that would be $2 a foot from them, and $1 per foot from me.

Considering that they are round does anybody who replied not want any then?

Most of the time 1/2" round fiberglass cores from farm & fleet type stores are about $3 at most.

Bohn Fiberglass here in Louisville sells 20 ft lengths of 1/2" round for $18
