I think you should take it up with him personally before posting this kind of thing on the forum.

Too answer your question: the answer is maybe. Did you order a bracer? Probably too long. Full suit head to toe? Maybe still too long but what the hell.

I have no facts on any of this and I am not here to defend Derian, he's a big boy. So I will treat this like you walked into my office...

What did you order? When? Did you discuss delivery? Did he give you a delivery date? Is anything in writing?

Ask the above questions. I ordered a piece of armor I was told it would be done when it was done so my expectations were realistic. Get something in writing as we can talk about a lot of money sometimes. Also I discourage paying in full in advance. Pay for materials, or half so the person making it has some motivation to get it done ASAP. Get it in writing, I know most the time this is at events but we have the internet. Draft up something easy:

I "state your name" agree to pay $45 for 2 bracers from "state their name" to be delivered by "due date".

Again be realistic, what is this going to do for you? Not much. You can take it into Court but tough to enforce on someone in a different state etc. At the very least you could scan and say hey this dude does not deliver stuff on time.

Gesh, again, I'm sorry this has taken so long.

This is definitely my fault. There's been a number of RL issues that have kept piling up, though that doesn't excuse the delay.

Look for a PM with more details.
