I'm moving to the Phoenix area by plane, and given the lack of a Belegarth realm in the area, paying for shipping is really not going to happen for me. I need to get on cleaning up my stuff by next week. I live in Schaumburg, IL. If you're interested, message me. Here's a list of stuff I have to sell:

Chain shirt & cowl (size small or medium, 18ga, 1/4", butted, galvanized steel, handwoven). Not oxidized/powdery, and lightweight at about 7-8 lb for the shirt.
    Single leather bracer
    62" longbow (35# * 28", restrung recently)
7 complete carbon arrows (6 known to pass at last event check, 1 unused at the event)
2 additional carbon arrows (just without fletching)

3 additional carbon arrows (just without fabric and computer foam head)
5 carbon shafts (fletched and nocked)
    12 bare carbon shafts
Several arrow bases (closed cell section)
    3 rolls athletic (arrow) tape
    1 Blue Camp Pad

Prices (OBO)

    Chain shirt & cowl : $250
    Bracer : $10
    Longbow : $75
All shafts : $3 each (not crappy Walmart shafts, they're Blackhawk Carbonwood)
    Arrows w/o head : $4 each
Complete and near-complete arrows : $6 each (mostly Carbonwood)
Misc (camp pad, arrow bases, tape): free if you buy other items

I considered it, but there are 2 challenges.
    I'm kinda lazy
Practice space is rather limited. With temps constantly 110+ in Scottsdale/Tempe/Phoenix, outdoor practice is impossible.

There is a Dag "realm", but very small.

St George, UT regularly practices in temps of 100+ degrees each week in the Summer.

Laziness aside, weather is not an excuse. Early morning or evening (we do 7-10 pm) is a workaround, and its only hot for the first 2 hours.

Good luck with the sale though, those are good prices.

The reason I list the Dag realm as "realm" is because according to their site, I can count them on one hand. Kind of a difference compared to Numenor, lol.

By god, in the west, we forge our realms from the dust with our BEAR hands...we work hard off of the land... fight uphill both ways...and make shields out of cacti...your days in Numenor have left you soft, dear warrior.

But seriously, it looks like you are 20 minutes away from :
Kiwanis Park (Mill and All-America Way) in Tempe. The 1st, 3rd and 5th (when applicable) Wednesdays of the month at 6pm! http://www.facebook.com/groups/114958565185408/

The Fugl Brenna guys that I knew had fought a lot, were very good, and had been up to Chaos Wars a few times in the last 5 years, so hopefully you can meet up with them and have a blast. It might be harder to stay involved out here, but the community is still worthwhile. Also, we have Battle for the Ring, which gets fighters from all over the country over MLK weekend, so there are still major events near your area.

Is that the same bear that's on the flag?

Yea but moving something like arrows is more trouble than it's worth for something I don't have as much time as I used to. I can always smith myself new arrows if I feel like it.

Since there's multiple requests for bow pictures:

Yes, and in ALL CAPS, so that you know it means business. Grawrr!

PS: Thanks, I was hoping someone would notice that and then draw a caricature of me building realms with BEAR hands. So much better than normal hands.
