Attack timing

Postby Xenovacivus » Sun May 08, 2005 9:17 pm

Obviously a 'dead' person can't kill anybody. But what happens if the two people are swinging at each other, both swords contact and make a kill shot, but one of them is slightly delayed? (This happened to me earlier today).

The other person hit me less than a second before I hit him, but he decided it was a late shot on my part-- even though I had my sword in full swing before he got me. So if two people hit each-other at almost the same time, should they both be dead? Or is it such that immediately after a person is killed any hit they give will be disregarded?

It's a matter of when the swing started. If he started swinging before your sword hit him, it's a hit.

When in doubt, both are kill shots.
