hitting opponent's weapon into a target area

ok...here is the scenario:

im sparring someone single blue
he swings low and misses my leg
i counter swing...he blocks it, but i hit his sword hard enough that it makes contact w/ his own leg w/ "sufficient" force
the sword was not touching the leg at the time of contact

what is the call?

That's a fair hit. It's an unlikely one, and the dude's arms are apparently very weak, but it counts.

I agree with the O-man. But, and this is the big butt, the target is the only judge of whether there was sufficient force behind that blow. Just like when they hit themselves with their own striking surface, it is up to the target to call his or her own hit on themselves.
