Full metal helmet Vs Face covering

Ok in the BoW it says full metal helmets are not allowed. So would something made of metal that only covers the face and has straps on the back be considered illegal.

From the BoW im pretty sure its legal but i just wanted a second or third oppinion.

No thats not illegal, but make sure that everything is "penny round" when your done making it.
