Yet another question.

According to the BOW, the max handle length of a weapon is 1/3rd the overall length, or 18 inches. Is the pommel considered part of the handle?
If not, is there a max size for the pommel? If not, then could one theoretically have a four-foot weapon with a eighteen-inch handle and an eight-inch pommel, and the rest blade?

PPPPHHHHHHHHBBBBBBBBBBBB

P=Pomel
H=Handle
B=Blade
Each letter = 2 inches

If we can assume that the pommel is padded, then no it is not a part of the handle. By handle we are talking about the unpadded part of the weapon.

Technically no there is no maximum pommel size, just as we don't require that the "handle" always be as low as possible on the weapon. But don't go too crazy, a weapons checker may not pass something that is truly bizarre.
