What is the rule about getting hit in the foot? Even if I get hit in the toe, is the whole leg off?
Or is wearing a shoe considered armor and not wearing a shoe is considered unarmred?

3.1.6. Feet ? Area below the ankle (exclusive). A Foot is a legal Target Area if it is off the ground. Any Injury to the Foot is considered Injury to the Leg.
If your foot is on the ground, it doesn't count. If your foot is in the air, with or without shoes, and gets hit, it's counted as a leg shot.
