Clarifying 3.6.4

3.6.4. Combatants with Missile Weapons (Type 4, bow/arrows) may not initiate Grapples or be Grappled.

Is the correct interpretation of this rule that all Class 4 weapons, including javelins, are included in this rule, or that only bows/arrows are covered by this?

*If the former, is it really necessary to put grappling restrictions on javelin wielders?

*If the latter, should we not word the rule to say so directly?

P.S. The printable PDF version of the BoW still states that the maximum javelin weight is 24oz. Though I'm certain that it's been pointed out before, is Derian the correct person to PM about that?

I've always read 3.6.4 as the parenthesis singling Type 4 over Type 5 with the Bow/arrows part being the specific Type 4 weapon. As for rewording the rule I don't think its necessary but a hyphen instead of a comma would make it much more clear.

As for the printable version of the BoW I don't know who has access to change it. It probably is Derian.
