Can I hold two weapons and still call "two" when I stab?
Example 1: I'm fighting with an 12" spear and also have a 32" sword in my back hand just in case someone gets inside the effective range of my spear.
As I stab across a line, can I call the double against someone in armor?
Example 2: I have a 32" sword in my right hand and a dagger in my left, as I move in on my opponent, I bring the heel of my hand onto the dagger pommel to get through his armor. Is that a legit two handed strike?

yes, both of those are legal.
for those keeping score out there, it is not a two handed stab to stab someone with two one handed weapons at the same time.
